Experience the new in Waitarere Beach

In this month's "We Love New" testimonial, we spoke to Tony and Janie, whose stunning new architecturally designed home in Waitārere Beach has captured their hearts.

Feeling ready to downsize, Tony and Janie purchased some land near the beach. They didn't want a "cookie cutter" home and they knew they needed a builder who cared as much about the aesthetics as they did. 

Tony and Janie put their trust in David Reid Homes Wellington & Kapiti team and never looked back. They say they "felt in-control" throughout the build, which was very important to them.

Now that they've moved in, the couple both say they feel an immense sense of pride in their new home. Tony particularly enjoys the feeling of walking back through his own doors after going away on holiday. 

Tony and Janie's home is designed exactly the way they like. Modern neutral interiors fit their sense of style. The house is one level, and the living, dining and kitchen spaces are open-plan and filled with natural light. 

Importantly, living in a new build means that this home is warm and will require very little maintenance in the coming years. Tony and Janie have cleverly set themselves up for comfort and ease in the home they call their "forever home".
