David Reid Homes Coromandel is now owned and operated by husband and wife team Ben and Karina Green, who have spent the last 14 years crafting designer homes throughout the Waikato.  Having owned the David Reid Homes Waikato franchise since 2009, they are excited to be able to offer their passion and expertise in the Coromandel region.

Award-winning and highly-experienced, Ben & Karina Green are passionate about what they do, and they are well deserving of the many top building industry awards they have received over the years, including multiple Master Build Awards.
