The new Auckland East & South franchise covers the lifestyle areas in the Southern and Eastern Bays of Auckland.

Within this area there are many types of terrain including coastal, farmland, both urban and rural areas.

Matt comes from a background with 25 plus years sales leadership experience across business ownership, national corporates in construction and the building services industry.

Matt has a simple philosophy: "What excites me every day is helping home owners and their families get into better homes. The journey from a show home visit through to handover of clients dream homes and often coming back for their second and third builds is very satisfying."

Outside of work Matt is a father of three and an active member of the Clevedon Sports Club.
