Awards Criteria – Quality Marks

In recognition of excellent building work all entries judged to be at least 50% above industry standard are awarded a Quality Mark (either a Bronze, Silver or Gold depending on the number of points awarded).  There is no limit on the number of Quality Marks awarded, as long as each entry achieves the required standard.

Gold Award:

The quality of the building work is at least 80% higher than the industry standard

Silver Award:

The quality of the building work is at least 65% higher than the industry standard

Bronze Award:

The quality of the building work is at least 50% higher than the industry standard
