David Reid Homes Central Otago was the first David Reid Homes franchise, established in 2003. The area extends from Wanaka Lakes through to the Haast Pass and over to the Lindis Pass, taking in Cardrona Valley, Cromwell, Clyde and Alexandra. This David Reid Homes team offer extensive knowledge of the building and construction industry in the rugged Central Otago area.
Paul and Leigh-Anne Fox manage the David Reid Homes franchise on behalf of the owner, Lane Hocking, and bring with them a wealth of experience. Paul has been building for over 25 years and personally project manages every job, utilising tried and trusted contractors from the area. Leigh-Anne has also been in the home building industry for over 10 years as well.
All contracts are based on a fixed price and are covered by the David Reid Homes Rock Solid Guarantee.
