For your added peace of mind, all franchisees carry comprehensive insurances and are able to offer you the following Performance Guarantees.
DAVID REID HOMES ROCK SOLID GUARANTEE
To give you peace of mind throughout the building process, we’ve developed the David Reid Homes Rock Solid Guarantee. This covers your deposit and non-completion of the build; it also includes the Master Build Guarantee or Homefirst Builders Guarantee. Overall, it’s a rock solid commitment to you and another way David Reid Homes is raising the standard.
DEPOSIT AND NON COMPLETION GUARANTEE
We’ve made sure the initial deposit you pay to your David Reid Homes builder is protected, assuming that you don’t pay more than 10% of the contract price.
We also guarantee that when you start building a David Reid Home it will be
completed. We are confident our non-completion guarantee covers more than most policies in the market.
DEFECTS GUARANTEE
In the unlikely event that a defect is identified in your home relating to workmanship, materials or structural elements there is cover provided by either the Master Build Guarantee, or the Homefirst Builders Guarantee.

Homefirst Builders Guarantee
A David Reid Homes Guarantee, Master Build Guarantee, or Homefirst Guarantee is not provided automatically by engaging a David Reid Homes builder. Separate Guarantee Agreements must be completed and accepted by the Guarantee companies.
