Richard Fairbairn / Director

Bachelor of Construction Degree, Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (A.N.Z.I.Q.S)

Richard has 20 years of experience in the construction industry with his specialist area being Project Management and Quantity Surveying. Richard has a sound knowledge of Construction Programming and a vast network of contacts within the contracting industry in the Wanaka and Central Otago area.

Elaine Sutherland

Accounts & Administration / Sales Consultant AREINZ, Bachelor of Commerce

Elaine joined the DRH team in 2010. As Accounts Manager Elaine’s main role is the timely processing of all account related functions from GST, FBT, PAYE and payroll through to Creditors and debtors. Following on from this, Elaine tracks all costs related to each current DRH job.  At times Elaine provides a PA function within the office. Elaine has 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing so brings a very qualified and professional approach to the Sales Consultant role. Elaine also holds her AREINZ certificate.

Paul Fox

Project Manager

Paul has recently joined the David Reid Homes team in Wanaka.  He has 25 years of building experience as a qualified builder, along with ten years experience in project management and all areas of residential home building.
Paul brings attention to detail and a secure knowledge of the building regulations to ensure each building project meets the rigorous regulations of the Building Act while continually exceeding the client’s expectations.

Leigh-Anne Fox

Sales Consultant

Recently joining the David Reid Homes family Leigh-Anne has over 10 years experience within the industry, mainly focussing on customer liaison, sales and marketing. A proven track record within the industry ensures you are in safe hands throughout your entire project, from planning and design through to moving in to your new home.  Leigh-Anne mainly focuses on the Central Otago area where she is a local resident of Cromwell.
