Dunedin’s David Reid Homes franchise flourishes under the experienced management of Lindsay and Lynda Roberts, who have been operating the business since 2003. Lindsay began his building apprenticeship in Dunedin in 1958. He is proud to admit to building and altering about eight churches in the city and a large number of architecturally designed houses. As well as being the director of the company, Lindsay carries out the very important roles of overseer and project manager of all builds. Lynda is kept busy in the office handling all the administrative and accounting work, creating a very balanced team. This is further enhanced by a very experienced team of builders, sub-contractors and professionals who have worked with Lindsay for many years, thus providing a seamless, knowledgeable progression through the building process.
Dunedin David Reid Homes continues to achieve many awards at the Master Builders House of the Year Awards. It was the only Dunedin building company to receive a Regional Gold Award in 2008.
